Back in the days when I thought I have lost everything….. I was not aware of my thinking and it’s archive at all.

I thought that I was that! and that everything just overcame me!

So while riding the wheel of illusions and emotional rollercoaster. It went up and down! It was all coming and going again! ‘That is life” everybody said. I thought “Is it? Is this the meaning we give to it? we just dust of the pain and move on?

That is not true! Life developed itself already while producing a baby~body. Even before we got a name from our parents… was already! It kind of intrigued me and I asked myself “what is life really?”

Determination to find the answer has began!

3 ears have passed since then and I was looking at things I came up with! Or at least of which I thought I was certain off!

I understood the necessity of this isolation! Not cluttering the Idea and many roles I had played. No-one to blame around! Just me! seeing clearly that my memory and imagination were constantly building itself up with whatever I gave attention too! It was inside of the different kinds of “me”

I saw the nonsense of my mind trying and accomplishing and working hard at whatever the goal was! taking snapshots and forgetting this and on to the next task. Nonsense of achieving anything in what we call life!

When you take a step back you can witness these things! Just go “Blabla” in your head…..and you are aware of it in your head! you can hear it! you can witness it… if you can witness it! it is not you is it…..

Now welcome to this space of looking at it instead go being it! There is much more to come……

Comunicate and listen

The Indian Stick

Recently I was leading a group into a meeting where one of the topics got heated! Some of the participants were eager to get their point across! As the energy was building inside of the room and I kept quite and looked at the scene of people fighting over opinions, thinking “how to make them listen instead of them waiting to get their point across?”

I came up with this idea I have read years ago!

Somebody looked at me with a big sigh as if he was saying “please help” I was leading this group and I said “okay…..listen up!”

We are going to approach this topic differently! I took out a pen (instead of a stick) and I said “whoever has this pen….is the only one speaking! The rest is listening and repeating or responding to that person. When the other person feels heard and understood, he/she will hand over this pen to somebody else!

Nobody is leaving until everyone has spoken their intentions!

It was a wonderful experience for everyone in that room to say the least. It was a while ago….and a smile comes over my lips when I think about it?

So much so…that I wanted to share this with you! I looked up where that idea came from? originally it was from Stephen Covey and it is called “The Indian Stick”

I promise myself

I promise myself…to be so strong wathever the circumstances.

That nothing can disturb my peace of mind, and if it does for a while…I get right up again and say “nothing can really disturb my peace of mind”. I Will be kind to myself like A little child that is crying and needs attention and support sometimes. It is all okay.

I will talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet; to make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them; to look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true; to think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best; to be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own; to forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future; to wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet; to give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others; to be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble; to think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word, but in great deeds; to live in the faith that the whole world is on my side and in myself.

So long as I am true to the best that is in me.

Throughout our lives since we were very young we form a self-identity. This self-identity is who we think we are!

Partly based on our beliefs or “this is how it is…experiences” and partly adopted beliefs of others in our social environment. May it be parents, schoolsystems, relationship(s) or friends.

It is a structure called the EGO that begins moving through life with a whole lot of assumptions. Roles….yes…roles….Masks and fake believes.

The Good thing is…that there are always two sides of A coin!

A bad one OMG….and A good one….and even if this is common language…see how this knowledge is in your head only and swiftly dismissed. We never care about something like “EGO” because it would up to a point be an insult to who we are (think…who we are…A role!)

We are Energy so every thought and every feeling and everything we hold as thruth….Are our masks and roles.

We can look at things…with our inner self! “What was this again? And when did I ….the person or role or mask….make it all up? Because we do….we are making it all up and it starts with our head!

The inside of you is you! Sometimes memories or images can be so fearful that we are Running away from whatever it is that is inside of you! It is hurtful and so we are in the domain of fear.

Once you see that…. you can then stop running from basically yourself! Your carefully build images and thoughts of horror.

Resistance builds up…and you are caught… cannot seem to get away form this feeling and thoughts….caught in illusion. Or the roof is almost there! If you want expansion….go this narrow street and face what you held for thruth.

Spend your precious time on something worth while! Something you are passionate about. Start small and work your way up out of confusion and identification with wathever it is you were identifying yourself with. And go with the flow….let it all happen.

Heal yourself whenever thoughts and images or memories and emotions show up! “Say to yourself….Well these are all snapshots from the same mind causing the trouble in the first place. They all come and go. Whatever is attached to these thoughts….they do not mean anything by themselves….they pass through and go!

Do not attach!!! It is like water…it is beautiful when your dip your toe in it….and it becomes a whole different story if you attach yourself to it by going all the way in….now you are in!

Get out of the water and get back to who you truely are.
